At Easy Home Service, we strive to provide quality and timely home services to all our customers. This policy outlines the process for order cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their service order by contacting us through our website, phone, or email.
A flat cancellation charge of ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) will apply to all types of service orders, regardless of service category.
Cancellations made after the service has already commenced will not be eligible for a refund (other than the deduction of the cancellation fee, if applicable before start).
2. Refund Policy
If you cancel your order before service commencement, we will refund the service amount paid, after deducting ₹100/- as the cancellation charge.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, debit/credit card, net banking) within 7–10 working days.
In cases where the service provider fails to deliver the service (e.g., no-show without notice), customers will receive a full refund with no cancellation charge.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The cancellation fee of ₹100/- is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any additional government taxes, if applicable, will not be refunded.
