  • Customers are expected to treat service staff respectfully. Any form of abuse, harassment, or misbehavior will not be tolerated.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • Easy Home Service will take reasonable care in providing services, but we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, damages, or defects at the customer’s premises.

  • Any claims related to service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
