3. Pricing & Payments

Customers must ensure safe access to the premises for service staff.
Any valuable items should be secured by the customer before service commencement.
Customers are responsible for supervising minors, pets, or restricted areas during service.
6. Service Provider Conduct
All service staff engaged by Easy Home Service are expected to behave professionally and deliver services to the best of their ability.
Customers are expected to treat service staff respectfully. Any form of abuse, harassment, or misbehavior will not be tolerated.
7. Liability & Limitations
Easy Home Service will take reasonable care in providing services, but we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, damages, or defects at the customer’s premises.
Any claims related to service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Intellectual Property
